Senior Sales Manager Key Functions:
The Senior Sales Manager is responsible for achieving monthly and annual sales targets, developing and executing strategic sales plans, and building key business relationships. This individual will also oversee sales-related costs to ensure alignment with profit margin goals and overall financial objectives.
Looking for: candidates with longer-term, in-depth experience selling into the industrial space—ideally those who have spent several years managing direct relationships with customers like John Deere, Cummins, Caterpillar, etc., and who have consistently sold thermal or powertrain-related components.
Have 3+ years of industrial sales experience, not just project-based or limited involvement.
Have sold into the off-highway, construction, or power generation space (not just automotive or aftermarket).Are familiar with thermal, cooling, or fluid system components at a technical level.
Can show long-term stability and success in those roles.
$500 Monthly Car Allowance
10% Bonus
$120K-$145K Base
